Areas of flight Baix Empordà

When flying over the Baix Empordà, we can see the Mediterranean coast, and much of the Costa Brava, the beautiful nature reserve of the Islas Medes, the Montgri Castle, Pals Bay, towns such as L’Escala, Peratallada, Palau Sator, Monells, Púbol, Verges, Torroella de Montgrí, Cabo de Creu, Ullastret and its ruins, and a key point that many tourists want sighting: the GULF OF ROSES, the most important gulf of the Catalan coast, with beautiful beaches, ruins and archaeological sites of architectural interest, as well as landscapes and breathtaking scenery in general. The starting point will be exclusively subjected to weather conditions of the day of the flight to ensure a smooth and safe ride.

Alt Empordà

If you choose to fly and venture yourself into the Alt Empordà, we will take off in Vilatenim (Figueres), so we can enjoy its great views way to the Bay of Roses and the Creus Cape, where we can admire the beautiful scenery offered by the coast, as well as their traditional villages and town halls as Peralada, L'Escala, Rosas, Avinyonet of Puigventós, Empuriabrava, Rosas, the Aiguamolls of the Empordà (special birds reserve)

Preparation of your flight

The day of the flight consists of different stages that we will be performing throughout the day.

To inflate the balloon, we meet early in the morning. The preparation takes about half hour for the balloon to be ready to fly. 

Normally the meeting point is the point of departure. 

The Flight. 

Passengers get in the balloon and will take off and start flying. Depending on weather conditions, we will go from 500 to 2000 meters.

Flight Duration.

Flight time is around an hour, or hour and a half depending on weather conditions 2000 meters.

During the flight, the monitoring team will go along with us to the landing place. Once the flight has finished, the balloon will be put away.

After that, we go to enjoy a full lunch - pagès - where we will celebrate the flight with a champagne toast, as stated by the tradition, and we will grant diplomas, for couples or family group, to the brave passengers who have enjoyed this wonderful experience with us.  

Moreover, as BRAND-NEW, we are giving a PENDRIVE with pictures from the flight to couples or family groups, so that you can always remember this great moment
