Covid-19 security protocols

Walking tour:

- Small groups of up 10 people.

- The safety distance set by law will be respected at all times.

- The use of a mask is mandatory throughout the whole route. The customers will need to bring their own masks.

- Hydroalcoholic gel (sanitizing gel) will be provided throughout the service.

- All staff involved (tour guide) will wear a mask throughout the service.

- In the case of the use of audio guides, they will be disinfected before each use. It is recommended to bring your own headphones.

- The delivery of printed material, such a maps or brochures, will be avoided.

- It will be enought to show a bonus or reservation on the mobile phone. No need to print it.

These measures will be valid until determined by law.

Tours with vehicle:

- Small groups of up to 6 people if they are from the same family unit or the same group of friends or small group of four people if they customers come from different group.

- The safety distance set by law will be respected at all times.

- The use of a mask is mandatory throughout the whole route. The customers will need to bring their own masks.

- Hydroalcoholic gel (sanitizing gel) will be provided throughout the service.

- All staff involved (tour guide, driver, etc...) will wear a mask throughout the service.

- In the case of the use of audio guides, they will be desinfected before each use. It is recommended to bring your own headphones.

- The delivery of printed material, such a maps or brochures, will be avoided.

- It will be enought to show a bonus or reservation on the mobile phone. No need to print it.

- The temperature will be checked for all attenders. The admission of people with a temperature above 37ºC (98.6ºF) will be denied for safety reasons.

- All means of transport involved will be disinfected before each service and thoroughly washed every 24 hours.

These measures will be valid until determined by law.
